To request a copy of your pet’s medical records, please call or email info@vipetshardinstation.com. Records will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Need to pick up medications or a physical copy of your pet’s records in person? Please visit us by 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 22 — this is our last day for in-person pickup.

If you have an urgent need and don’t see an available appointment in the next few days, please call us at (865) 398-2555, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you and your pet.
